You shouldn’t put honey in hot water. The hot water destroys the medical benefits from the honey. Use lukewarm to room temperature water. Or put the honey/cinnamon mixture on whole wheat bread. You can use honey in hot tea as long as you know it’s only sweetening it, not adding any benefits.
I am interested in the articles presented, but I think I am missing the page that shows how how much honey and cinnamon to use. Any help would be appreciated.
