Get Rid Of Blackheads On Your Nose Without Using Harsh Chemicals Or Cleansing Agents
Blackheads! The bane of the adolescent and teenage years, but a fairly common affliction that can strike even adults with certain skin types. There are plenty of chemicals and over the counter treatments for blackheads, but why not try a homemade natural remedy that can work just as well?
Blackheads are small black bumps on your skin that form when a hair follicle gets clogged due to excess sebum and accumulation of dirt + dead skin cells. Sebum is an oily/waxy substance that is secreted by the sebaceous glands, and serves to lubricate the skin and hair.
The bumps have a black or dark appearance due to oxidization (not dirt as many believe). This will happen when clogged up pores get exposed to the air. Many things can contribute to a blackhead problem, including:
- overuse of cosmetics
- poor skin care practices
- mental and physical stress
- genetic factors
Blackheads most often appear on the face, in particular on the nose. They can show up as well on the chest, neck, arms, back, or shoulders.

- Apply the mixture on your nose and face, where you have blackheads.
- Massage the surface in a circular manner for about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Once done, wash your face with lukewarm water.
